The Secrets the Life Codes reveal

At the beginning of each year I present some Life Code information on a famous couple (last year was Brad & Angelina) so you can track how accurate the information is for the year ahead. Life Codes is a simple method of combining numerology with The Tree of Life. For a very personal interpretation other tools such as Archetypes and Tarot can be added into the mix. It has proven to be an extremely beneficial way for people to access the deepest realms of their psyche.

I have chosen this celebrity couple as a Life Codes example so it makes it easy for you to understand the powerful concept of the Life Codes as a tool to understand your own life and the patterns you are learning within your lifetime. The Life Codes are a brilliant way to understand that often, life challenges are not personal, it is not nature’s way of punishing you, they are simply patterns. Once we understand the way our psyche flows, it is a comforting fact to know we can very smoothly learn, move on, or adjust the flow when we really need or want to.

Demi Moore & Ashton Kutcher Life Codes in 2010

As we have seen from their unexpected marriage in 2005 a relationship between an older woman and younger man can work really rather pleasantly if there are certain factors in place.

Demi Moore is a Life Code 4, she is the energy of abundance and would have spent the early part of her career as a very ambitious woman who will have been determined to not only have it all, but balance it all. Her marriage to Bruce Willis would have been on tender hooks from the beginning. He is a delicate Life Code 7 and will have needed Demi’s steady influence during his years of establishing himself as part of the Hollywood elite. Once achieved, he would have flown the nest of her steadying influence. Demi would have tired of his need for constant parenting and would have been in search of more of a man who could be strong, but also in touch with his emotions. This energy was not going to come from someone of her own generation.

Having established her own career, Demi as a Life Code 4 would have watched and waited for a suitable spouse. The decision to be involved with Ashton will not have been taken lightly. For her to be interested they would have had much in common and share similar goals and values. As a secure Life Code 4 she is confident in her life purpose of creating, and giving. She has the energy of being comfortable with her possessions yet will not overly ‘guard’ them so she was open to meeting someone absolutely for the right reasons. She will have seen Ashton’s intentions from the outset as honourable rather than view him with the cynical eye of ‘what’s he after is it my fame or my money?’ The benefit of the doubt will have come naturally to her, as a Life Code 4 energy working in her feelings of security she’ll be a very good judge of character with excellent intuition even if those around her suggest she’s mad to get involved with a guy fifteen years her junior.

2010 has the Life Code energy of a 3 year. This year we will see less of Demi in the public eye providing an opinion, she will leave that up to her husband. She trusts him especially now he’s maturing. Her focus this year will be on her daughters, we will see more information or publicity in the form of Demi Moore’s daughters rather than her. Deeply still ambitious, she sees the time as being ripe for her girls rather than for herself now. At least one of her children will become a well known actor. It may take a little time, it will be the one who is the most prepared to accept mum’s guidance.

Ashton Kutcher is a Life Code 8 this is a steady energy, when working in its creative energy which Ashton clearly is Life Code 8 can be extremely successful. The creative energy dilutes Life Code 8’s tendency to stay within what’s known and safe. Life Code 8 is not one of life’s natural risk takers. The creative energy he clearly accepts within himself will be a guiding factor that helps to steer his career path in a sensible direction. Ashton’s main goal will be parts that suit his character and personality rather than push the boundaries too early in his career therefore he will play similar characters in all his parts right up until about his mid 40’s. From his mid 40’s he’ll push the boat out and will take more challenging roles not associated with his usual character.  His general character as a person will be natural and jokey. Demi in the early days will have found him switching from very mature, older than his years, into an irritating teenager at the blink of an eye. Now though, in the 3 energy of 2010 she will see him in a much brighter light, his more serious side will start to come to the fore. We will start to see Ashton being involved with worldly causes it wouldn’t surprise me if one of those worldly causes will be climate change. Before he is involved though, he will make sure he has researched his facts and got them straight. He won’t rely on the say so of others.  Demi will be proud to see him excel rather than dwell in a jealous place. This will have been a fundamental flaw within her marriage to the Life Code 7 Bruce Willis so she will have learnt the lesson early on. Bruce Willis will have been a jealous man.

As a couple, during 2010 we can expect to see this relationship between Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher as a harmonious one. The 3 energy of the year 2010 will help each person grow within themselves the challenges though will begin to rear their head later in the year. The issue of children will begin to surface. This will not bother Demi but it will secretly begin to affect Ashton. He will eventually start to have a practical discussion with her, his Life Code 8 energy will present his desires effectively. The issue will be solved though I believe with an adoption rather than a surrogate mother. The reason being Demi’s Life Code 4 energy is very private, she will see the issue of a surrogate as too invasive verging on believing it to be humiliating. She will have watched Sarah Jessica Parker’s situation with interest…

Clairvoyance from photographs

I am very impressed with the quality of information everyone has provided so far with the psychic experiment. To help you further with this I am going to give a bit more information about the gentleman and I’m going to give you some added tips on how to improve your clairvoyant abilities when reading the energy of photographs.

The background

The picture was taken in 1932 by a professional street photographer. He was on holiday at the time at an English seaside resort.  He died aged 72 of a number of health complaints. It is interesting how so many of you referred to a drink problem. He had exactly the opposite he was tee total and had been all his adult life after taking the Temperance Pledge in his early teens. It is therefore astounding that one of the health complaints he died of is usually associated with alcoholism.

When energy is strong, it can be read energetically either way. The issue of alcohol would have shown up in the energy. Now, the assumption would be it meant he had an alcohol problem. The way to be sure of this energy is to pause. As you pause, ask in your mind if it refers to the energy as exactly that. For instance with alcohol, if there is a problem with it you will receive a  ‘swaying’ feeling whereas a ‘feeling’ of something to do with it keeps the energy ‘neutral’ which is why it needs a further investigation – Was this man an alcoholic? If you wait for the energy to answer it will have come back a ‘no’ but there would be a slight feeling of confusion therefore an issue around alcohol still remains. The next question would be – what is the association with alcohol? If you then wait for that response you’ll have received the correct response that alcohol featured as something he completely rejected.

Many of you also received that he was part of the Royal Air Force. He was associated with them although he was never a pilot. During the Second World War he was drafted to make aircraft for the RAF as he was an expert carpenter. Following the war he went to work for a car manufacturing company as a joiner making the sports car AC which at that time contained much wood including the interior dashboards. He often went out in the sports cars on test runs and was in the car which became famous for driving the full length of the newly constructed M1 motorway in 30 minutes, causing the introduction of a 70mph speed limit in the UK, although he was never in the driving seat.

The picture shows no ‘clues’ as to his occupation in life therefore it is purely your intuitive instincts that picked up on the RAF information. Many of you also picked up on acting. Although this was not his occupation he did have a great interest in the subject and indulged in many community based theatrical performances. Due to the fact he didn’t drink, his time from his early years was about making himself busy with many community activities. He was indeed the life and soul of the party he was very sociable, and popular with many people including the ladies.
Generally, this is something you all picked up on. Certainly the picture suggests he was a confident fellow but again, it was your ability to read energy that gave you the confirmation on this area. There were a couple of you that picked up exactly on his life and career. One of you gave the details of him working for both the air force and a car manufacturer as a carpenter. I have to say, his son, from whom I have the information, was astounded as to the accuracy.

For part two of the psychic experiment I would like you to give it another go. Follow the following rules for clairvoyance from photographs. Please then post your responses given the extra bit of information.

Look at the photograph again. This time gaze at it and let the man come to you. Don’t you ‘go’ to the image let his energy come to you. He had a gentle energy, the shift maybe subtle. If you are a feeling type of person you will easily distinguish his energy. If you are more of a visual person you will receive images in your mind rather than ‘feel’ his energy. When you receive an impression ask the question: -What is this energy trying to communicate to me? Wait for the response and begin to write it. In writing it you begin to unleash the energy and open a flow.

Rules of Clairvoyance from Photographs

Take a few quiet moments to look at the picture.

Rather than take your thoughts and energy to the picture let the energy come to you.

Ask in your mind – who is this man? What’s his story?

Allow your mind to be quiet. In the quietness you will ‘hear’ your energy begin to speak.

Allow information to come through as feelings, you will not always get pictures.

If you receive information in pictures – ask in your mind: Is this actual? Is this symbolism? Ask as two separate questions and allow the answer to come from the stomach area (solar plexus) and not your head. By the time the answer is in your head the force of your intuitive instinct has been mixed with your logical mind.

Begin to write down your thoughts and feelings. The energy can then open up and begin to flow.

I would like you to join me in my international psychic experiment. Please look at this photograph. Try to imagine who he is, his character, when he lived. He is now gone, but never forgotten, we all leave something behind in the way of energy. I would like you to try and tap into that energy by examining the picture.

If you are talented and have a lively mind with a personality to match, you will discover a lot of information about this man and it will start to flood in. I’ve just returned from teaching at the I Can Do It event in London. What an amazing weekend. The attendees were fabulous people, and the other authors were delightful to be around.

Last night at the author’s drinks party I chatted to the lovely Gordon Smith (the psychic barber) who has lost an amazing amount of weight by just running. It’s not fair – men seem to find it so much easier than women to drop the pounds! Louise Hay as always a wonderful lady. She is incredible at 83 years old.

Robert Holden the happiness chap and his wife Holly were superb to chat to. Robert is a truly amazing man who I can confirm is absolutely wholeheartedly ‘happy’.  The Barefoot Doctor and I had a brief chat about his life in Ibiza, David Hamilton and his partner Liz were great fun, and of course my favourite David Wells was as humorous as ever! He and Simon from Hay House were a double act for the evening.

Laurence, my husband, chatted to the very grounded Doreen Virtue. Mesmerised by her fabulous chakra necklace, he swears blind she must have thought he was talking to her chest. He was in his element talking to Marianne Williamson, one of my favourite authors. Her book A Return to Love is on my list of must have spiritual reads.

Wayne Dyer a spiritual master as ever, Michael Neill the ‘Super Coach’ told me about his life in L.A. and how Paul McKenna has moved his workshop with him to another weekend because of Simon Cowell’s birthday?! I wasn’t sure if he meant Simon Cowell was coming to their workshop or he was having a birthday party.

Gregg Braden, big fan of his now. I hadn’t really looked at his books until I had a chat with him, and went to his talk today. The man is fascinating.

Barbel Mohr the queen of Cosmic Ordering is the sweetest lady you can come across. She is very pleasant indeed. On the taxi ride back to our hotel she gave me a copy of her rare book Millionaires’ Shopping Guide for Greater Inner Wealth which is a hit in her native Germany but only a few copies exist in English.

Life Codes Explained Workshop

This is exactly what we did on this course. We plotted the significant other’s in our lives and used the Tree of Life as the map. We then worked out the meanings behind the links (paths).

It was another enjoyable and insightful day. How to get your own Life Code

To know what your future holds you have to know your Life Code number.

Your Life Code is worked out by adding the numbers in your birth date together:

Day number + month number + year number. For example,
23rd December 1968 becomes
2+3+1+2+1+9+6+8=32
Then add those numbers together until you have a single number 3+2 = Life Code 5

For example:

Brad Pitt was born on:
18th December 1963 add together:
1+8+1+2+1+9+6+3 =31 = 3+1= 4. Brad Pitt’s Life Code is 4

Angelina Joli was born on:
4th June 1975:
4+6+1+9+7+5=32 = 3+2=5. Angelina Joli’s Life Code is 5.

The best is yet to come…

Whilst most people are worrying about 2009 and how we’re all going to disappear into one giant pot of gloom, I will introduce what is really happening.

The year of opportunity

for people to work together. In recent years the focus has been on the individual and how one can out do another. We have seen this clearly with past year proving no one or any organisation is invincible.

See off the unscrupulous

whose actions have brought about a shift and change in the world. The economic crisis of 2008 has forced people into appreciating what they have got. People now try harder and more willing to help, and you can buy things at the correct rather than inflated price.

A chance to re-focus

for the western world has been obsessed with the accumulation of ‘things’. We have now been given an opportunity to re-focus and see what feelings we are actually trying to create in our world.

Move beyond the fear

of disappearing into that hole of never ending gloom and 2009 will prove to adjust expectations and appreciations. Over the coming year the collective whole will move first through the emotions of fear, into a ‘what the hell’ there is no point in worrying about what might happen, into a state of appreciating the merits of simply spending time with friends and family rather than always having to think of things to do or ways to out do each other.

Be proud

of what we are. How we will pass on belongings that are too small, big or not quite right rather than dump them into our disposable society.

A partnership, working together

can make for an easier life. I remember both my grandmother’s talking about the merits of the post war years. They would speak fondly of the times when each helped out neighbours, friends and local folk. I firmly believe the outcome of 2008 was simply about re-dressing a balance. The sharpness of it reflects quite how out of balance it was.

A Master Number

by adding the individual numbers 2009 together it comes to 11. In numerology 11 is a master number, an important number. It is a rare, exceptional energy that operates outside the mundane. It is an energy that is hard on material interests and gain which suggests 2009 will continue to be static year. However, when 11 works in the positive it is energy of illuminating magnetism full of vision and unparalleled spiritual awareness. It is a very hopeful and inspiring energy that vibrates life. If allowed to wallow this energy finds itself in the doom and gloom which are manifestations of its own powerful consciousness.

2009 will prove to be an exciting year,

take it as it should be an opportunity to reflect on life changes and opportunities. Life will move at a slower pace this year, it will do for us all to learn how to re-focus and enjoy the journey.

At the beginning of the year many of us will look upon the last year with disappointment, hoping that the New Year will bring us a new beginning. Perhaps more money or less weight, give us the will-power to give up fast food or on a slow relationship. But it is likely your resolutions will quickly disappear. New Year resolutions seldom make the third month and we are left wondering why. So how do you make 2009 the year those aspirations hit their target?

After the live event on Wednesday 5th November some of you were fascinated with my freaky cat. At the beginning of the video link I lifted him to the camera briefly, well here he is! I have two of them, the other one you can see his tail in the picture. I had two before, unfortunately they died of old age, these two are their young replacements. Fully grown (they are tiny) a breed known as Oriental. I love Oriental cats because they are very intelligent and affectionate, and yes freaky! His ears really are that big, looks like the cartoon character ‘Brain’ don’t you think?

The point at which you become interested in psychic development happens for different people at different stages of their lives. There are no set rules, but there are many commonalities.

It is my belief that everyone is psychic it is a natural gift and part of every psyche. However, few in this world use this part of themselves naturally. Modern life has trained us to use the logical brain rather than our all knowing instinct. There is though a point in many people’s lives where there becomes more of a pull towards the unseen world and the unknown. There is a point at which you want to understand the world of what happens after you die, and the reasons why you hear the bumps in the night, receive insights in your sleep, and want to know how you know what’s next for your neighbours’ boyfriend even though you’ve only said ‘hello’ to him the once.

This is the life of the ‘sensitive’. To be reading this you will be living the life of a ‘sensitive’. Sensitive to the world of others you will want to naturally know what’s going on but don’t necessarily know where to start. What do I look for? How do I know I can trust what I’m reading? Tip Number 2 – Strengthen your ‘nosy’ muscle

Go to a public place and pretend you know what is going on in the lives of those you are observing. Rather than looking at them and trying to read their body language, get a ‘feel’ for who they are, what their likes/dislikes are, what kind of day/week they’ve had – observe don’t judge. With it being a public place you (probably) won’t be able to confirm your thoughts so just play with the exercise, you can’t fail because you can’t be wrong.

One of the first steps to you developing your sixth sense is learning to observe. My husband says one of the reasons I am so psychic is because I am nosy. I like to know why. Why did they do that? Why did she say that? How does that fit together? The better your questions in life, the more likely you are to get good answers. It is OK to be nosy, curiosity is natural and healthy to the human nature.

All of a sudden the images or feelings you have been getting will suddenly take on a new meaning, one that had you not been strengthening your ‘nosy’ muscle a lesser psychic would have missed the connection. Learn to observe, remember though; without judgement.

Interesting Blog. I “turned off” my abilities many years ago because I could not deal with the constant “interuptions”. I have begun to have them reappear since my hysterectomy last month, I have found myself astral traveling nightly for over a week. Everywhere I go I end up with a small child or animal following me; just yesterday I went outside and found a huskie/wolf breed dog sitting on my porch waiting for me. He stayed all day and reappeared today, if I tell him to leave he “snots” and shakes his head. I am finding sudden awareness of other people’s lives even in online communities (which has NEVER happened unless I was face-to-face with someone). What is going on? I am confused and flittering from day to day; I NEED to know what it is that is needed from me but have frogotten how to “listen”.

My answer:

Gosh that sounds really interesting. You’ve got your senses on full alert! It does happen for quite a few people after an operation for some reason especially if they were a ’sensitive’ in childhood. You are clearly being asked to acknowledge your deeper senses which is why you’re finding yourself being followed around. Something very similar happened for me some years ago, it didn’t stop until I started to explore the sixth sense. The ‘calling’ in your dreams is a clear sign your intuitive side wants more expression. When we sleep we disappear off to the ‘astral planes’ an etheric area which is a physical manifestation of emotions. This is where ’spirit’ meet the living who are ’sensitive and aware’ but are not yet comfortable with this part of their life. Dreams become more vivid, even premonitions become frequent.

Dogs and most interestingly wolves, are quite common visitors to those who are being asked to open up. This is often symbolic as wolves are associated with the wise. Finding that you have an awareness of people ‘online’ again isn’t unusual to those who are being stretched to open up. This is because energy knows no distance, it doesn’t require a physical presence of someone to know what’s going on. It is much like tuning a radio into the right station. It can though be a bit of a shock to the senses when you don’t know what’s going on. If you read books or magazines you will find the same thing happening. You’ll get a distinct feeling about the author and of the people in magazines.

The unfortunate or fortunate thing (depending on how you look at it) is that your deepening senses will not go away, they will only get stronger as you get older. The easiest thing to do is to start to develop it. The more you focus on doing that the more manageable it all becomes!!

Dear Heidi,

I don’t know if you can answer this one or not but my question is this; if a person has suffered an addiction that they have failed to overcome in life and subsequently pass over as a result of it, what happens when they get to the other side? This would cover alcoholics, drug addicts and others… you could even extend it I guess to obsessive compulsive disorders and the like.

Does the person (spirit) assess their lifetime and have to address the addiction and its consequences in spirit? Do they still crave whatever their physical addiction was, can this be satisfied or does it just fall away? Does the addiction in life serve any learning purpose? As you will know, most addicts (unless they have managed to overcome it) always fail to see it as it truly is and never see the impact on their loved ones so do they ever learn from the primary experience of their lifetime?

I would be very interested and most appreciative to hear your views on this subject.

My answer:

This is a very interesting question and one that many people are curious about. In my experience, (I can only give you a view from my experience so you must only accept what reasonates with you and put to one side what doesn’t). I believe what is commonly known as the ‘ego’ lives as part of us when we are in a physical body. Its purpose is to protect the physical body from danger, to alert us when we need to be careful. This is necessary because the ’spirit’ part of us has no concept of death or loss, so it could be a bit careless and walk out in front of a bus so to speak, and therefore the body would be lost, and so would the experience of the ’spirit’ in a human body, therefore the ‘ego’ is in place to make sure nothing happens to the physical body. So for instance, fear of death is the fear of the ‘ego’ because indeed, that part of us is lost when we no longer have a physical body to protect.

The ‘ego’ is the part of us therefore, that can get hooked into addictions which is why when a lot of people become more spiritually aware, the desire for things that we could become addicted to start to evaporate. In my experience a lot of people I have come across when they have engaged on a development path have lost the desire to drink too much, smoke, over eat, over shop etc etc. This is because the ‘ego’ has become more settled into accepting its role of protecting the body.

So to get to the point, I believe when those who have passed and have never got to resolve their addictions, they do not keep them. The reasons being they are addictions of the body not the spirit. I have seen often, when a spirit that has died from an addiction wants to communicate with a living friend or relative when they come through, they are often start very embarrassed. During times when I have given messages through mediumship, my way of telling for instance, when someone has committed suicide (when they are a spirit) is they are deeply embarrassed and take a little while to talk often because they are sorry for the trauma they have caused. They often though come through to explain what their reasons were. They know what they did and they don’t argue it, they usually are just very apologetic but do give their reasons and what was going on in their mind at the time. I have also found this to be true of those who have died from drug overdoses and alcohol related deaths. Part of their way of dealing with it is often to show the medium through their body, how they died and the experience of it. It then seems to free them of any reasonate guilt they have left behind. Quite often they will explain what they learnt from their addiction during their lifetime but usually this is only realised in death because their ‘life’ was run by an overzealous ego that thought it was in charge, therefore whilst that was happening they would find it a challenge to know why they have chosen the route they have, and what it is their psyche was indeed learning. I can’t say this is the case for every death of this type of circumstance, I can only comment on my experience.

I will no doubt be told off for telling an open secret but I’m going to anyway! I’ve been asked by Hay House to speak at their big event in the UK next year. I’m excited to be asked as I always think the events they put on are great. The UK arm are following in the footsteps of the very popular American version of ‘I Can Do It‘ weekends where speakers such as Louise Hay, Wayne Dyer, Marianne Williamson and Doreen Virtue give lectures. They will all be at the event in the UK next year on the 26th & 27th September speaking with the likes of little old me! I will let you know further details when I get them xx

I had a wonderful weekend of fun at this event. The organizers of this event are wonderful and so very nice, so are the people attending. A very busy weekend of teaching workshops and giving talks. I also did many readings over the two days I was there. My workshop for a couple of weeks following this event sold out within a day, with a waiting list as long as my arm! I have therefore managed to find another date in my schedule before the end of the year to return to this city of lovely people. xx

Yet another delightful day of absolutely great people to work with. I enjoy my work so much because I have such lovely people attend the workshops I give. This workshop was no different! Everyone worked through the day to achieve things they never believed to be possible. It very much remains my philosophy that everyone has sixth sensory and psychic abilities, it is a matter of drawing them forward to use in a productive manner in your everyday life. Of course, some people are more sensitive than others to their deeper senses (you are most likely to be one of those people otherwise you wouldn’t be reading this) so therefore such people have a head start, but certainly it never ceases to amaze me what people attain in something as simple as a one day workshop. I have taught regular workshops in Cambridge for a year now at this lovely venue there. It’s so pleasant not only because it is used for spiritual purposes but also because the owners are really special people who are so kind and wonderful. I always enjoy teaching in Cambridge and this event was as enjoyable as ever. As usual, I never manage to finish on time here because I’m busy enjoying myself chatting to people. Part of the enjoyment of my work is chatting to people and finding out about their lives. I have a genuine interest in people because I am so interested in their progress and how they are getting along in life. I love to jump for joy with them when something great happens and I like to listen when they are going through a tough time. I am constantly being told off by ‘management’ for spending too long chatting to people and never being on time but I don’t care! I’ve said so many times they have to put up with it, it’s part of my charm, hee hee xx

Hay House asked me to do a video for them to promote the release of my book in late January ‘09, it was something that was spontaneous and sort of last minute. I went along to the recording studio as requested and had a very fun time! The man who does the filming and the edit was very pleasant indeed, it proved to be a fun experience even though I wasn’t used to keeping still! My question is combo of a psychic development question and a personal topic.

Q: How reliable is a person’s intuition? As in, intuitively I know I should be with someone from my past. I’ve always known this, perhaps earlier I described it as a gut feeling but in the past few years I would consider this being my intuition and that “I know” this will happen. This was always reinforced by getting his card (King of Swords) constantly over the years in my tarot spreads. Yet there is absolutely nothing whatsoever solid to say that I am right. In fact, his present status would point to the contrary.

I’m afraid I’m confusing wishful thinking with intuition but because it’s always been so strong I’ve never questioned that I may be wrong up until now as nothing has ever come to fruition.

Hmm interesting! This feels to me as though yes, indeed your ‘feelings’ relate to a deep connection with this man rather than this be your imagination. The reason I say this is because when I look at your energy (energy isn’t logic therefore it has no distance, it can be seen / felt regardless of whether a person is present) it feels to me very calm, collected and by no means obsessed with the past. Your energy is carefully observing rather than trying to jump in to this man’s life. Therefore it is again, your intuition that is picking up on the connection between the two of you rather than your personality desperate to rekindle the past. There is certainly unfinshed business between the pair of you and you are much more conscious of it than he is. I feel he is a man who hides behind bravado, and perhaps makes jokes to hide his feelings. It feels to me at the moment this chap has a partner but he can’t quite commit to this person because he can sort of feel something in his past, but wouldn’t be able to immediately identify what it is he’s ‘thinking’ about. This to me suggests that indeed Yvonne, you are very much in touch with your intuition and you’re quietly listening to it. If life takes you on a path where you and this man are not back together you will though find resolution. This is because you trust in your own instincts.

Your story reminds me of someone whose story is very similar. I can tell you the conclusion of that one! A woman I’ve known for 10 years or so had an almost identical set of circumstances. She was with a man for a while and they split up but she had a feeling like yours, (for years) that they were going to be together. She carried on with her life, and as far as she knew he was with someone else, he hadn’t contacted her etc etc. But she had this feeling and everytime I saw her sporadically she would mention it and she felt she had to move to a certain town.

Anyway, I bumped into her at an event a couple of years ago in the town she thought she should move to, she invited me to her house. Her house was the house she lived in with her husband-to-be. He was indeed the man she knew she’d be with. Apparently, after she moved to the town her intuition had told her to move to, she bumped into this man from her past as she walked home from work one day. The rest is history, they; I know got married last year, and I think this year in their life so I’ve heard, is the patter of tiny feet…

Today I felt privileged to witness a blessing given by the Dalai Lama. He is currently visiting the largest Tibetan Buddhist temple in the western world, which happens to be in the town I live in for part of the year.

Yesterday, a friend mentioned the town were offering a live feed into the town sports hall of his visit. Off I went this morning expecting a few people to be standing in the sports hall, so when I walked around the corner I was surprised to see a few hundred! Apparently he came a few years ago to see this amazing temple in progress. He promised to return to bless it the moment it was finished. It was very recently completed.

I watched, wishing the English speaking presenters and spokesperson’s hadn’t been quietened out and replaced with French. In my currently very limited French listening ear, I listened intently, and waited like everybody else, in anticipation.

Out of the rain stepped what can only be described as a ‘beautiful’ man. A brilliant, smiling face, genuinely excited to see the people there. A shoeless very glamorous Carla Bruni (French president’s wife) accompanied the Dalai Lama into the splendid temple.

For the following two and a half hours I sat spell-bound by this fascinating man. He didn’t do much, he never has to. He sat grinning from ear to ear occasionally chuckling to himself. His chuckle contagious, he had the people in the temple and the sports hall all laughing. His relaxed manner throughout the ’service’ brought about a deeply relaxed and calm feel to hundreds of people present. Not one person was bored, not one person walked out, yet at no time was it evident he wanted to hold anyone to ransom. Everyone stayed because they wanted to. His happy, contented energy kept all present.

His words of wisdom this year referred to several subjects close to any spiritual person’s heart:-

- That no religion is better than another, it is all simply a different way of looking at the same thing.

- That all should unite to save this beautiful planet, we are harming ourselves by hurting the earth.

- That material goods provide physical comfort not inner happiness; that has to come from within.

All very simple, but profound words. He then announced it was enough of his talking and time for lunch. Then off he went…

It is the end of my weekly classes with some of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. After some very deep meditations we had a drink and some nibbles. Everyone told me how they have come through some great challenges, there were even some tears. I had to keep reminding them that it is not the end but the start of something new.

It is unfortunate however with good reason that the weekly classes have to end as I am moving part time to France. As with when I was pregnant, with my amazing son Charles everyone I was teaching asked if they could continue their growth and understanding whilst I was on maternity leave, the birth of my hugely popular home study psychic development course came about.

Tip Number 1 – Clearing your home using Epsom Salts

Disclaimer: Be aware that should you choose to do this exercise for clearing your home with Epsom Salts and Surgical Spirit there may be sizable flames.

There are several ways to effectively psychically protect your home. Protecting your home is important as your home environment can either help to enhance or deplete your psychic energy. Protecting your home also means clearing it of long standing old psychic energy that is no longer of any use. The best way to clear a house of old energy is to use surgical spirit and Epsom salts (see below), which can be purchased from any pharmacy. Other methods include placing a bowl of water in the middle of a room. Leave the bowl to stand for a couple of hours, and then pour the water away, preferably outside in a flowerbed. Burning Lavender essential oils in an oil burner is also an effective method.

How To Clear Your Home Using Epsom Salts
1. Place the Epsom salts in a fireproof object such as an old frying or saucepan
2. Pour the surgical spirit over the Epsom salts; the amount will depend on how large you want the flames to be
3. Light a match and drop it straight into the pan (please be careful). Stay with the pan until the flames have burnt completely. Repeat in each room you wish to clear.
