This weeks meditation sounds really good, I will download it as soon as I have finished this email to you. Heidi has a lovely voice, I have meditated for years and these are the best guided ones I have listened to. If there is a strong regional accent or any slight mistakes it puts me off, but Heidi’s are perfect.

Hello, I wanted to say what a wonderful weekend I enjoyed with amazing people at Tekels this weekend.
Heidi is a natural facilitator and intuitive teacher with such a wide learning and experience to pass on. I feel privileged to have been taught by her.
I always leave Heidis’ courses with another huge expanse of blue sky as she breaks up the clouds for me, and clears the clutter. Sometimes gentle realisations and at others revelations.
