I also made several new friends who I know I will stay in touch with as we continue our journeys. It was extremely emotional but extremely cathartic and healing. Anita was able to bring together the connection between mind and body and help me to balance my approach to life and I am already feeling much calmer and free so thank you! I will certainly be keeping up the chakra dancing which was one of my favourite parts of the event! I am always astounded at Heidi's ability to view the energy patterns and look into our psyche. Being able to release some of those energy blocks will absolutely help me to move forward in my life! I will definitely be back for more events at the stunning Les Tours Carrees.
