Why the Spiritual Plane Can Make or Break Relationships

Wednesday, April 18th, 2012

People are meant to live up to our expectations, they are supposed to do what we want and we’re desperately disappointed if they don’t. We worry about what others think. We try and make something that’s clearly not working, work, or we run away too soon. We react to past hurts and project them onto the world of the present.

The Personality Self Tries to Keep What We Know However Painful

The perspective of our human ‘earthly’ life is about dealing with externals. We rarely concern ourselves in our physical life with the inner thought consciousness of the person, half as much as we do with their external manifestation. Even though it’s our internal perceptions that distinguish the success of a relationship, whether that be a personal one, family and friendships, we rarely even notice. We’re fixated with the external results of what someone will or won’t do to ‘please’ us.

This is the notion of the personality self. It will do whatever it can to keep things the same and within the patterns it already knows. Those patterns are determined by our social or family setting. We as sensitives see them more clearly than most. This is why we become very keen to evolve through repeating behaviours, to a new set beyond.

On the Spiritual Plane We Deal With the Internals

The spiritual plane is a level of consciousness that allows things to be seen from the full perspective. The ‘control desires’ and panic of the personality self is not present when we see ourselves from the spiritual energy perspective. This is because from the spiritual plane we deal with internals. When acting from the personality, we only see the externals. Co-dependency is an external manifestation and projection that doesn’t have its spiritual union with its own consciousness, hence the reason it is co-dependent (external) and not the whole (internal).

When this happens we feed a delusive theory of happiness, based around a one sided affection. The one-sided affection is what we project onto an individual, in the illusion there behaviour changes will MAKE us happy. The truth is it doesn’t last. The happiness doesn’t seem to ‘stay’.  Why? It is away from spiritual truth, it is an idea of self-centred aspirations based on an earthly emotion, keeping us endlessly searching for the ‘heavenly’ complete fruition of that emotion.

What will truly make the personality happy is the journey towards the self from the spiritual plane.

It is at the point of the internal world developing from the perspective of the spiritual plane you can see truth. That ‘truth’ is unafraid of emotion, experience, and the true depth of relationships…

The Sensitive & Protection: Why Your Energy System is More Delicate Than Ever

Tuesday, April 3rd, 2012

“How can I protect myself from negative energies?” A question I am asked constantly from those beginning their intuitive journey to those who are more advanced.

Life has become busier, people are more fraught, bosses more demanding and office politics more involved. This has put a tremendous strain on most people, but particularly so for the sensitive intuitive. With their extra sensitive nervous system and ability to pick up on the unsaid, the sensitive is feeling the pressure and an increased need for energetic protection.

Protection is something most sensitives associate with pushing others away or avoiding people or situations entirely. Their nervous system becomes overwhelmed and all they want to do is, hide away until the uncomfortable feelings have passed.

Why Protecting Your Energy by Hiding Away Does More Harm Than Good

Our energy systems are made up of several layers. The first level of the energy field is the ‘Health Aura’ or physical auric field. This is a radiating energy of straight lines, spread evenly in all directions from the body. When these ‘lines’ become tangled, this is indicative of ill health.

The second layer which is especially relevant to the sensitive is the ‘Vital Aura’ or Jiva. This is an energy we can associate with the life force. Jiva constitutes the physical life principle. The energy of Jiva flows through the veins of the nervous system of the etheric double (energy mirrored imprint of the self). A healthy person generates more Jiva than is necessary or needed. This energy radiates the ‘Light Body’.

The sensitive unconsciously gives extra Jiva or vital energy to those who can’t generate it themselves. When under pressure yourself, you haven’t enough Jiva even though others still unconsciously absorb like a sponge the vital energy you do have. This is the reason the company of others makes you tired.

Hiding away only applies more pressure to your already delicate system. Withdrawing doesn’t preserve your Jiva in the long-term; it simply delays the use of it from others. The more you’ve hidden away, the harder the impact when faced with the energy of other people.

Energy Protection

Firing up barriers and withdrawing from ‘draining’ people, may feel as though it helps in the short-term, but you’ll soon find yourself a withdrawn little hermit who is terrified of prolonged interaction, in case it collapses your nervous system, thus affects your health; chronic fatigue, aches, arthritic family, overwhelm to the point of depression, feeling you can’t stand your job the list continues…

Prolonged and sustained protection comes from the systematic development of your internal world and consciousness. The Jiva becomes sustained as the energy of the ‘Carrier Body’ becomes larger and more defined. The living light becomes the natural way of your consciousness; your Jiva ever sustaining and protection in its many forms no longer necessary…

Intuition: Attachment & Release – Soul Realignment

Friday, February 24th, 2012

2012 is full of uncertainty, fear, and unknown areas of change. Many of us have discovered aspects of that already in the early months of 2012. As Sensitives we can feel the changes in the air, the sense of what’s happening without really knowing what it is. This brings about an uneasiness and insecurity.

From this moment forward in our lives there is no turning back. There is no longer any place for any person to hide. No institution or way of being can escape it. It’s the beginning of the age of powerful, yet uncomfortable transformation. How though do we find our way through the insecurity, the change and the upheaval?

It all starts with the early years

It’s not exactly new that our life is shaped by our early years. The early years do though have more of a profound effect on the Sensitive than is currently realised. This is incredibly important for the Sensitive, and how to survive the evolutionary stages of the next generation.

Attachment Theory, first created by John Bowlby, explores the life-long emotional bond between one person and another. It is the lasting psychological connections between one human and another.

Bowlby believed the ‘mother’ to be the central figure, the dependable caregiver, from which a child could explore. How though does that affect the sensitive individual if that pattern is interrupted and what has it got to do with 2012?

Our early relationship with attachment has everything to do with how we deal with things in modern life. More and more we’re thrown against the walls of change and uncertainty. How do we cope? What makes the coping mechanism?

Bowlby saw attachment as having four particular areas:

Safe Haven

The child when feeling threatened returns to the care-giver for comfort.

Secure Base

The caregiver provides a secure base, from which the child can explore.

Proximity Maintenance

The child strives to be close to the caregiver keeping the child safe.

Separation Distress

When the child is separated from the caregiver it becomes distressed.

When certain areas between this fine-line of balance is disrupted, it becomes disrupted if not destructive in adult life. If a child in early life hasn’t achieved the sense of a Safe Haven where does it turn to? If it’s been punished for looking for comfort where does it achieve a sense of nurturing in adult life? How can that child check its barometer?

The trouble with 2012 it’s changed everything

We used to be able to cope without the mechanism of knowing how to adjust in times of trouble or uncertainty. We could sooth the self or look to other measures through avoidance to move away from facing our deepest anxieties.

2012 has turned life on its head and will continue to do so. We can no longer hide from the unhealed aspects of the ‘child’ within. When our point of safety within is unclear it begins to rattle the very foundations of even the most secure.

2012 The Stage of True Self Growth – The Soul Evolving

The shock of 2012 onwards is the push towards healing the deepest aspects of the inner world. This is ultimately the healing of our deepest attachments so we begin to have a very healthy relationship with our ultimate attachment – the relationship within the self of the inner and outer world.

Learning to develop the perfect and healthy attachments is the settled and soothed emotions achieved from within. This comes from developing the ‘mother’ relationship between the personality self (every day world) and the soul.

Developing that relationship between the inner and outer world has never in human history been so important. These are the beginnings of the huge changes the Mayan’s predicted. We have come to the point now in history where to move on into the true aspects of happiness and inner connection we have to evolve beyond the basics of human nature. In order to do that, we have to have resolved the basics. This is about how we develop and evolve our sense of security so we CAN properly explore away from the ‘parent’.

What’s happening to me?

How is this happening? The energy is now throwing every one of your insecurities you can imagine up to the surface. This ranges from emotions to physical complaints, even threats to our material security. This isn’t as a means of punishment. It’s a drive towards helping us to find our own ‘attachment’ to the self.

The psyche is craving to explore but it can’t whilst trapped in insecurity

If we haven’t received in early life the perfect view of attachment, we feel less than secure when it comes to life and a sense of unease to our foundations of security.

The energy of 2012 and beyond is rocking those very foundations of security. It’s doing it so we form our own sense of security; it’s the opening level to the next level of consciousness.

We heal it through finding our own internal ‘mother’ the point at which we return time and time again for a sense of security. This is then the true beginning of the ‘New Age’…

Intuition: The Path of the Sensitive Soul (part 2)

Friday, November 4th, 2011

You can read part 1 here

Your purpose in life as a ‘sensitive’ is to experience the deeper parts of the mind, to move beyond fear and to manage your energy, no matter the circumstance.

The path of the sensitive starts in several different ways. Each way depends on the type of person you are and how you cope with different experiences in life.

The Psychic Path

The psychic path begins for most in early childhood. This is a natural ability to have a great instinct for other people, knowing when certain things are going to occur, and the sensitivity to have profound insight into people and their life.

The psychic path however, is not a party trick, telling people the lottery numbers, or reliant on tarot readers promising travel overseas or the emergence of a talk dark handsome stranger, to whisk you to your dream destination. The true psychic path is an awakening process to your deeper trust, faith and connection within the self. With this comes a natural knowing, a fantastic instinct and a fearless nature.

It all starts for most on the psychic path with either the journey through the healer’s path first, or often from an early age the experience of seeing or sensing those who have passed on. The seeing or sensing others who have passed on doesn’t though remain. It seems to disappear for most on the psychic path and becomes more moderate. It transforms into something different, more of a deep comprehension and understanding there is more to life than what we see with the naked eye.

On the psychic path the desire or need to communicate with the dead becomes secondary, to your own development as a person. Your instinct wants to take you deeper into your soul understanding and experience.  Helping people is a strong want in life, but it isn’t to the tune of entertainment or reassurance that ‘Aunt Flora loves and misses you’, it’s more to do with what does Aunt Flora have to offer? How can she help someone heal? If she hasn’t more to offer then your signals become attuned elsewhere. These attuned signals are more towards the living, progress and assistance with life moving forward.

The process of the psychic senses

These are the different planes of existence each sense is associated with. These start from the basics of the 5 senses right up to the ‘all knowing’ aspect of intense soul development.

1st Sense – Hearing (physical plane)

  1. Physical hearing
  2. Clairaudience
  3. Higher clairaudience
  4. Comprehension (understanding of the hearing sense / intuition)
  5. Bliss

2nd Sense – Touch or Feeling (astral plane)

  1. Physical touch
  2. Psychometry
  3. Planetary psychometry (feeling senses through psychic ability)
  4. Healing
  5. Active service (participating within a holistic practice)

3rd Sense – Sight (mental plane)

  1. Physical sight
  2. Clairvoyance
  3. Higher clairvoyance
  4. Divine vision (ability to see the true picture)
  5. Realisation (experience of truth in interpretation)

4th Sense – Taste (Buddhic plane)

  1. Physical taste
  2. Imagination
  3. Discrimination (discernment)
  4. Intuition
  5. Perfection (ability to distinguish truth from imagination)

5th Sense – Smell (Atmic plane)

  1. Physical smell
  2. Emotional idealism ( how we would like things to be)
  3. Spiritual discernment (ability to distinguish someone’s hope from the reality)
  4. Idealism (social improvements / better behaviour)
  5. All Knowledge

The Psychic Path is to master all aspects of each plane. This is something the soul dedicates its purpose to whether you realise it or not.

During your life you will feel compelled to a deeper knowledge of yourself and the attainment of each level. This is achieved by life experiences, popping in and out of different energy vibrations, healing, picking up on other’s thoughts and feelings, challenges, testing times, health issues.  How do you accelerate your path?  – develop your skills.

Through each level you understand more of your soul experience, the reason you are here – to master your emotions in a physical body…
