Heidi,

Many thanks for your response - it has made a lot of sense (I wouldn't expect anything else!). I think - for me - I generally trust my intuition when I know something is going to go "wrong" and it's more a "I told you so/ I knew I was right about that" reaction when the wrong thing that I anticipated happened. I was just not confident (up on now) relying on my intuition when I felt that something good might happen - and I was afraid that I was confusing this with wishful thinking.

However, after reading this, I am going to make a conscious effort to be honest with myself and if see/feel intuitively something that is good for me or someone else, I am not going to put it down to wishful thinking and believe that it is my intuition.

When you described that my energy was "carefully observing" I had to laugh - it's completely what I'm doing. I'm sitting back and watching everything. I see the events that are going on in front of me in black and white but I feel that something quite else is really happening. It's something akin to "playing happy families" is what I'm observing.

When you described him as a "man who hides behind bravado, and perhaps makes jokes to hide his feelings" - I nearly felt I should send him this link!! I don't see him much - perhaps twice in a year for the last while - I could confidently say that your description is perfect - in fact I'd say even his closest friends would say this is accurate. I do think it's fascinating that you have the gift to do this so well and accurately and although I'm currently booked to go to your workshop in Dublin in November - I'm looking at flights to go to your workshop next week in the UK to learn more!!!

I hope this question/answer does encourage people to rely on their intuition more!
