My Hay House video is live!

Hay House asked me to do a video for them to promote the release of my book in late January ‘09, it was something that was spontaneous and sort of last minute. I went along to the recording studio as requested and had a very fun time! The man who does the filming and the edit was very pleasant indeed, it proved to be a fun experience even though I wasn’t used to keeping still! I realised quite how much I wave my arms around when speaking. I had the fab help of my manager Alex, stimulating the right words out of my brain! You can watch the video below. Enjoy!
